![]() Building onto this just makes the rest of the model really cumbersome to work with because the metal is so thin and it's hard to keep flat/straight. Just like a real tower do NOT add the spire (steps/parts 1-3) until the very end. This was the only way I was able to finish the second time, by learning from all the mistakes I made on my first attempt. Instead of going in the order of the instructions, put the model together in parts. I know this is supposed to be a no-tools model, but I really recommend a pair of small pliers for the delicate work. Too much pressure or re-folding will cause it to break and the model is useless without superglue. The parts are extremely small and delicate and may require folding. I've included some tips below, if you want to attempt it. I had to scrap my first attempt and bought a second set that I managed to finish and the top part is still wobbly. The CN Tower is an extremely challenging model even with tools, it doesn't perfectly fit together in the end and I'm not sure it's possible that it can.
